RETURNS POLICY

Under E U Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for purchase of goods within 7 days following the date of delivery. This may only be done by first notifying us of your intention to return any goods and requesting a returns authorisation code Via E mail within this time scale. Goods will not be accepted for return without a returns authorisation code.

Should you choose to cancel your order you should return the goods at your own expense.

A refund of shipping costs will only be made if the return is a result of our error or if the goods supplied are shown to be faulty.

For your protection we recommend that you use a Registered Postal or Courier Serviceto return your goods as we cannot offer a refund or replacement for any goods that are lost in return shipment to Studio Exclusives.

Please ensure that you retain proof of sending for any item returned.

If all of the above is adhered to a refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation.

Notification of damaged goods should be made Via Email within 7 days of goods being received. We will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund against goods acknowledged by us to be faulty, providing such faults have not been caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper care of goods.

Inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting/signing for it. If the package appears to have suffered shipping damage, keep the original shipping carton, promptly contact the shipping company for a damage inspection report and request that the shipping company return the merchandise.

If you do need to return any goods, please ensure that the product is wrapped and packaged securely as it may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement on goods which are damaged during return transit.

You must mark your parcel clearly as 'Returned Goods' and must include the delivery note that was shipped with your order, indicating clearly the reason for return.

If you are returning an item and requesting a replacement, please notify us of your requirements in advance Via E mail in order that we can have a replacement ready to send to you on receipt of the returned goods.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Items on our web site should be in stock and actual stock levels can be seen on this site, however sometimes orders do cross with each other and we are unable to mark the items out of stock in time. If this occurs we will send you a replacement(s) when the item(s) become available within our stock or alternatively we will offer you a full refund.

All the applicable taxes and/or duties and/or levies outside of Spain are for the buyers account.
